Service and quality good

I am absolutely delighted with the plaque. It was done exactly as I had hoped within a day or two of my order and sent to me immediately. Many thanks.

House name board ordered, had chat with the company about choice and ideas.
Great help and everything delivered quickly and just as discussed. Well done all will use your company again if I need any of the many wood products you sell

Received my wooden plaque today, exact what I ordered.
The recipient loved it and would definitely use CutnCraft again, beautiful piece of work.

The artist took the words I wanted and arranged them in a lovely way highlighting with accuracy what should be highlighted. It was to serve as a memorial for our cat, which I think the words made clear. My only criticism is that while the decoration of foxes on the plaque is quite nice, relating to a garden theme, I think the artist misunderstood a joke I was making on the plaque and took it as an artistic direction. The sign welcomed cats to our garden (and some foxes) and instead of printing that verbatim added fox decorations to a sign about cats. It's a forgivable choice, but being able to choose decorations in addition to words might avoid such in the future. Still a lovely sign and wouldn't hesitate to use the company again.

I purchased a wooden plaque with an etching which was beautifully designed and looks amazing on our wall. It was in memory of family and is a wonderful reminder. The quality of the wood is superb and the finishing looks amazing. There are different sizes which really helps also.

We ordered the product. Before ordering, we had a fair amount of email exchange to clarify doubts. The team was extremely patient and helpful. The product arrived as expected. Great service!

Lovely item and I’m glad I had the hanging rope added adds a nice touch, easy smooth transaction and timely delivery. I would highly recommend

A good quality plaque of Oak with lovely writing. They checked with me about a spelling error and were happy to alter the depth of the engraving. Packed well and delivered quickly.

I was absolutely blown away with my purchase. Such a good professional job at a very reasonable price. I would recommend your company to anyone.

Found this company online and made contact to enquire about a personalised plaque. Terry came back to me almost immediately with a mock-up of the design which was perfect. I placed the order and the item arrived a few days later and the quality was excellent. Really pleased to have found this company and now thinking about what other plaques I can have made!

I randomly came across this website and ordered an oak plaque for my kitchen. Throughout the process, I was informed of the progress and even received a phone call from the company asking where I wanted the screw holes to ensure I was fully happy. Delivery time was spot on too and the product was of fantastic quality. I will definitely be ordering again as well as recommending family and friends. Thank you so much.

I ordered a plaque with a personalised poem for a friends birthday Terry emailed me with some advice on the best way to set out the words. The gift arrived ahead of the estimated date and exceeded all my expectations. It is beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend this site.

We highly recommend Cut n Craft Designs. We needed a bespoke shop sign in a hurry and Terry bent over backwards to fulfil our order. I found CutnCraft Designs on Amazon but not a big fan due to a bad experience woth Amazon before. I found CutnCrafts website and ordered a personalised plaque for my dads allotment. I had confimration immediately. It arrived 2 days later with all the wording and even some garden art of each side. Very impressed. So much so that i contacted them again to ask if they could make some tags to go on the side of a scrapbook for me. They emailed me back straightaway to say of course. We exchanged a couple of emails. Sent me a link to pay securely and i am the proud owner of 3 fab tags designed just for me. Would certainly recommend and will use again. Shop local! They aren't local to me but they are local to someone and they are UK based. Huge thumbs up!

I ordered a wooden plaque for an anniversary present for my partner. I'm so impressed with it and so is my partner. Very nice design and love the fact that there is a note with the order with contact details directly for the company and not a call centre. Well impressed and will hopefully order from them again! Thank you

Excellent service, really pleased with my two plaques even went out of there way to help me along with fast delivery.

I received my personalised wooden plaque sign today and I absolutely love it! I couldnt imagine anything better. The delivery was so quick and the quality is great, especially for the price! I will definitely be using this company again!
