I am very happy with my planter. It is good-looking and perfect for my balcony. The best part is that it arrives pre-assembled. You only need to drill in the wheels—highly recommended, not only to be able to move the planter, but also to have space underneath for drainage. And I love that it was made in Woolwich. this is the third time I have ordered from Cutncraft, and I will be ordering again in the future. The planters I first bought are still going very strong, and I have now added to them (another 14 planters of various sizes). Some of my new planters are not even listed on the website but were made to order at the same sort of price as the others, and I was also given a substantial discount and free carriage. They all arrived in perfect condition via fedex and I am slowly unpacking, lining and filling them to make a screen across an area of tarmac. I had forgotten how heavy they are!

Great quality and service

This is the second time I have ordered a trough from Cutncraft. I am very happy with the troughs which are very well made and look great. They were both delivered on time without any hassle.

A great product at a reasonable price - and delivered in good time, too! Can't comment on service life as I've only just bought them, but they are very well made indeed!

Excellent quality and prompt attention

Well made sturdy planters. I am delighted with them. I ordered the lining also and there was plenty of it. Castors v easy to fix as holes were pre drilled to fix them in place.

I have bought three boxes. They came undamaged and ready to paint. If you can't build these your self then I would recommend this company.

Please use a tape measure at home to see the size as the pictures make them look bigger, they are well made and will most definitely last longer then other makes.

I love these long (120cm) planters. the materials are really good quality. Also, they were delivered within the expected timescale. I have just one or two negatives. I bought 3 planters and two had supports in the middle but one didn't. Not a problem as I had a suitable peice of wood to screw in. The screw holes were missing on one side of one of the planters and one of the screw heads was filled in and I had to find a suitable replacement. It would be good if there had been a couple of extra screws in the pack to cover for this. I bought liners with mine, which I found fiddly to fit following the instructions provided, so I fitted the third in my own way and found it neater and quicker. I would have preferred the liners prefitted and would have been prepared to pay extra for this. I will definitely use Cutncraft designs again; their prices are very competitive and the free delivery is really appreciated.
